Need handyman. Small fixes

Needed: Handyman to do some small home repairs on rental property in Rio Rancho. - repair front door knob, bottom knob, it’s loose and needs to be fixed or replaced if it is broken. - repair shelf in kitchen that is sagging and needs reinforced (to the right of microwave) -recaulk in kitchen between countertop and backsplash, as needed -fix the poorly patched holes in East wall of living room by fireplace. Should be just a better job of putty and retexture and paint. - replace a total of 5 blinds, just the cheap ones from Home Depot will do. To match set in living room along big wall/window - repair fake drawer face in upstairs bathroom - repair screen in upstairs West bedroom -reattach screens - clean/remove stain on back patio from BBQ grill - haul load of leftover tenant’s property to the dump Will pay $250 for labor and will pay for or reimburse for materials like caulking, blinds and hardware for door. Already have paint and hole patch supplies for wall. Will also pay fee for dump. Will need receipts for all payments.
