I'm looking for a good, skilled, reliable craftsman who takes pride in their workmanship and is experienced in all aspects of residential construction. Some experience in commercial construction is a plus. Some experience/interest in or knowledge of Steel fabrication/erection is a plus but not required. Competency in jobsite safety / OSHA 10 or greater certification is a plus. Looking for a candidate who is capable of running with a project and completing tasks on time and with high quality results; without direct supervision. The job will involve general residential remodeling, installing of railings in residential and commercial construction and residential new build. Requirements: · Must be dependable and reliable · Must have strong work ethic · Will need dependable transportation · Must be able to pass a criminal background check. · Positive attitude and genuine desire to be part of a company that pride themselves in excellent workmanship. · Must be skilled in all phases of construction · Must Have your own hand tools.
