Ideal outdoor job for landscape technicians, pest control technicians, retired military, construction workers. High School diploma or GED Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record Must have good speaking and communication skills Ability to read and interpret herbicide labels, operating procedures and safety protocols Pass background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screening Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods Must be able to work in all areas covered by the company in SE United States, with overnight travel likely Experience with 4‐wheel drive trucks, boats, John Deere Gators / Kubotas and trailers very helpful Strong team player Possess outgoing, positive personality with good verbal and entry–level written communication skills Application of EPA approved aquatic herbicides and algaecides at established accounts by boat and land rig Provide support to crew supervisor or airboat captain Demonstrate ability to safely operate equipment Assist supervision to ensure all equipment utilized by crew is functioning properly and properly maintained Perform limited fountain maintenance and assist with installations Assist with dredging/erosion control operations, as needed Perform all other duties as required
