Private room in amazing house. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms. Big living room and dinning room. Full Kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Front and back yard. My roommate is an entrepreneur and works long hours outside the house. I am an artist, art teacher and business owner and spend most of my day at my studio. The house is very neat and clean at all times.The room is for one person only. Share utilities come about $60 to $70 per month. That includes Electricity, Gas, Basic Cable + internet and a $30 fee for a cleaning team once a month. Located on a quiet street in the Culver City Arts District, a 5 min walk to the Metro Station, 15 min walk to downtown Culver City. There are many cafes, restaurants, groceries, galleries, and shops nearby including the Helms Complex, and the Platform shops.
