Shared wharehouse space needed in (or close to) Corona. I am looking to rent 300-500 sq ft industrial/wharehouse space for my furniture flipping business. Space will used for storage, cleaning and refurbishing/painting of furniture. I regularly use household equipment such as a vacuum, upholstery cleaning machine, handheld paint sprayer (outside), and small power tools so i must have access to a regular electrical outlet or two and water.
