Truckee Hometown Sears is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, person to join our team. Paid bi-weekly. Important you live in the North Lake Tahoe / Truckee area or within easy commuting distance and have good transportation. The Team is responsible for appliance delivery and setup as well as some installation work. Working in a small team you will deliver and setup appliances in Truckee, Kings Beach, Tahoe City and the surrounding areas. The right candidate needs good analytic skills as well as lifting and mechanical ability. You will need to be able to work some Saturdays and holidays. The right candidate will have excellent motivation, a strong work ethic and safety focus. Position requires significant physical activity and lifting. You will be expected to learn the products and procedures quickly and have a strong customer service focus. Candidates must have a clean appearance, dress and act professionally. Ability to learn product quickly. Customer service focused. Clean appearance, dress and act professionally.. Must fully practice Covid-19 precautions (correct wearing of masks, hand washing, use of hand sanitizer etc.) Non-Smoking Environment. Up to 3 Days Paid Sick Leave per year (after accrued).
