Bass Player Looking For Right Fit

I’m a bassist in my mid 30’s ish who has lots of touring, recording and writing experience through out the years in several long term bands. I’m really looking to find the right fit to get back into something I’m truly passionate about. I’ve playing in mainly rock/metal/punk ish kinds of bands through out the years and that’s mostly what I’d be interested in finding. Let’s start with I’m not interested in cover bands. Please don’t ask. It could be a traditional heavy metal or 70’s style hard rock or stoner kind of band. It could be a power pop band like the exploding hearts or something along those lines. It could be a grittier modern pop punk style band ala Iron Chic. It could be a lot of different things. Do you have a band like this? Are you looking to start something? Do you have an idea for something that might be interesting? I can play. I’d love to play with other people who have a passion for playing their instrument and writing. Thanks.
