Found abandoned puppy,

My boyfriend found this puppy that someone abandoned in a parking lot with a bowl of food and water. He's super cute and sweet, maybe 4 or 5 months old. We're guessing he's a terrier, maybe mixed with hound? Not neutered. He's about 20 - 25 pounds.
