Hi! I rescued a chihuahua that needs a lot of attention. His name is lucky and he is 9 months to a year. He is not neutered and needs lots of love. Can be the only dog or cat in the household. He is extremely skittish and shy but absolutely loves treats. My neighbor is in the hospital and can no longer care for him. Please help!
