Need a carpenter

Need an experienced carpenter with basic tools and power drills, work 3 days a week as a part time with more work coming sooner for a full time basis. You will know how to do decks, frame, sheetrock, spackle with 20mins, install windows and doors and know how to trim and do crown moldings. I will expect a non-smoker or cell user.
