Landscape Maintenance Worker
The Landscape Maintenance position typically completes a variety of tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor area. They may also plant at residential and commercial facilities. They must have the ability to communicate with customers and other staff, complete daily job reports, and maintain quality standards. Employees must have valid information required on the federal I-9.
A Landscaper Maintenance employee may contain the following duties and responsibilities:
• Mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns
• Weeding and mulching landscape beds
• Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
• Removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees
• Planting shrubs, flowers and trees
• Watering gardens, lawns and landscapes
• Monitoring and maintaining plant health
