Housekeeper wanted for professional beachside family

Hello! We are a professional couple in our early 30's looking for a housekeeper. Our housekeeper of 5 years just retired and moved to Tampa, and we need a replacement to help us keep pace with our busy schedule. We have a small 3 bed 2 bath townhouse in Indian Harbour Beach. About the position: Weekly visits needed, broken down as follows: Once every 2 weeks: Clean Full House- Floors, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dusting, Windows, change Bedsheets, basic tidying, etc. On the "off" week: Only floors (sweep & mop) About us: We are an educated, entrepreneur couple with a young child. We are often at work or away on business- hence the need for a housekeeper to help us keep organized! We have two domesticated rabbits who live in our backyard. We often have family/friends visiting from out of town and so like to keep our house presentable for company at all times. FYI, we are fully vaccinated. Rate: $20/hour Usually about 5 hours needed for a top to bottom clean. Please apply with resume and references. We may ask you to complete a Level II Background Screening.
