Work for Carlisle Construction Materials, hiring now! $18.07/hr Carlisle Construction Materials Production Operator FULL-TIME $18.07/hr 388 SE Enterprise Ct, Lake City, FL 32025 -Set up, operate, and maintain equipment to maximize output of quality product -Monitor on a continual basis to maintain quality standards, communicate deviations to appropriate personnel -Detect and/or correct and report faulty operations or defective materials -Ensure quality measurements are within specifications -Document quality measurements per operator inspection data sheets -Make adjustments to machinery and tooling to ensure part quality -Assist as needed with all steps of the production process to contribute to safe and timely production of quality product -Participate in continuous improvement processes -Follow production schedules, job instructions, specifications and procedures -Comply with safety rules -Other production duties as assigned Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM or 3:00PM or 11:00PM - Shift length: 8.512 hours - Days: 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm; 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm; 3rd Shift: 11pm-7:30am Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - -Basic math and computer skills - -Able to read and communicate with other employees - -Able to operate electronic control systems, read gauges, meters and tape measures - -Able to learn to operate a forklift - -Able to stand for 12 hours, bending and reaching - -Previous manufacturing environment preferred - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs ------------------------------ About Carlisle Construction Materials Established in 1960 and headquartered in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, Carlisle SynTec Systems has been manufacturing roofing materials.
