I have an apartment just vacated that needs to be patched and painted...mainly we are going to try to match paints and touch up where things are in good shape, but all the woodwork, baseboards, mouldings will need to be well painted...so it's helpful if you are good at cutting with the brush. This job would start Monday...and will likely take 2-3 days. Please let me know your availability and your rate. Thanks!
