Seeking experienced line cook for high volume restaurant
Must have 5+ years working on the line in NYC and experience working in high volume establishments.
Position requires assembling relatively simple plates and sandwiches. A certain level of finesse is required.
You will be working on a line with a grill/fry cook, the head/sous chef and a porter.
Communication with chef is key. You have to be focused and able to move at a pace necessary for a high volume establishment.
Currently seeking part time help for Friday’, Saturdays and Sundays.
***We encourage our staff to vaccinate but do not require it. Masks are required at all times. No chin straps and chef won’t tolerate having to deal with any non compliance. If by this point if you’re not okay with wearing a mask, this isn’t the spot for you***
