SHIFT AM SHIFTS IN HIGH DEMAND! OPEN TO PM STILL CALL.
LOCATION: Bronx, NYC, Brooklyn
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mixing recipes in a timely fashion so that other employees are ready to scale out
Measure and use scale to fill ingredient bins for daily production (i.e. flour, sugar, spices, etc.) Prepare stations in advance of the next day’s work
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 1 year experience
Must be able to read and understand written recipes (English)
Knowledge of using measurement scales / peeling / chopping
ALL EXPERIENCED CUTTERS - Will be responsible to Use hand or hand tools to perform routine cutting and trimming of meat or seafood.
Must have cutting experience

Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
Ability to work all shifts AM (start times vary by department)
Ability to stand for long period of times
Ability to work in climate of 38 degrees or Hot Kitchen
Ability to perform twisting, turning and bending
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
