We are a rapidly growing Seafood Distribution Company located in the Bronx, and we are looking for Experienced Fish Filleters / Fishmongers for a minimum of 40hrs/week employment (night shifts). RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare all species of fish (e.g., clean, slice, cut, fillet, butterfly). Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices. Perform other duties as assigned.
