Hello. My name is Peter and I am a life long student of varied spiritual principles. Certified Vinyasa Yoga instructor and years of experience in self improvement coaching. I'm Looking to begin a weekly "mindfulness in movement" class. Intro to Tai Chi, easy vinyass yoga circulation practices and guided meditation. Perfect fit any age or body type. Could meet outdoors at Washington Square Park. Options are Mon/Thu/Fri 6pm(ish.)
Ideally 5 people would attend. 10 bucks each. Just under an hour long session. Could do AM if that works better for people's schedules.
