We are currently seeking a Multi-apartment Maintenance to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Apartment turnovers/ rehabs Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary ​Qualifications: 2 + years previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment general knowledge of electric, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, lock repair and janitorial tasks Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Report Job Full/Part time available After hours
