Signed and working original metal band needs lead guitarist ASAP!

I am the lead guitarist for an Indy based band called Rattlesnake Mafia, who is signed to the independent label Biohazardous Records. Look them both up on Facebook. RSM is highly influenced by old school bands like Pantera, Megadeth, Alice in Chains and Slayer, mixed with new school stuff like Lamb of God, Mastodon and Gojira. All of that, with a southern outlaw twist. I have rough demos to share once I know you are serious about trying out. I am stepping down from my role in the band, but I'm also actively helping them find a new lead guitarist to take my place ASAP. There are a lot of shows scheduled this year, and more to come, so please be sure you have enough free time to accommodate before trying out. This is not something recommend for people with young families or who work weird hours. Weekends will be required to full dedication to the band. Everyone in the band is over 40, but your age doesn't matter as long as you can play and have gear. I will be available to teach my replacement everything he/she needs to know to get up to speed. Be ready to put in some work! But know I'll be available to help smooth over the transition. If you are interested in trying out, please let me know ASAP. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!
