Looking for weekly cleaner for apartment buildings (sweep, dust, mop stairwell & entry, clean 2 windows per buildings) and laundry room (wipe down 4 washers/4 dryers, check dryer vent, sweep, dust, mop, empty trash). Will also be needed for move in cleanings and post construction cleaning of apartments as we are renovating. Cleaner will provide cleaning supplies, broom, mop, sweeper.. This is a set pay per job position, not hourly. Building cleaning needs to be done between 9-5pm Mon-Fri, day is flexible. Reliable means of transportation Ability to be prompt and on time. Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision. Best candidates are friendly, outgoing and display a positive, upbeat attitude. Must have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience.
