Otter Cove Children's Museum is thrilled to announce our first outdoor children's concert: The Teddy Bear Band! TEDDY BEAR BAND Outdoor Concert! This activity is funded in part by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council through a Minnesota State Legislative appropriation.
