Melrose deck addition and half bath in mudroom pricing estimate

Hello, My fiancé and I just bought a house in Melrose and we are excited to tackle two projects. One contractor could do both projects or we can hire two separate groups. We are looking for general estimates and timelines and then a few competitive contractors will be invited to visit, look closely, and give us a price for: The Deck: - It would come off the back of the house, which has a foundation level with the ground, and the deck would come off the second floor where the dining room currently is, which is to the left of the kitchen. Would involve putting in French doors where the dining room currently ends, and then a sizable deck (maybe 10-14 feet out by twenty or so feet wide). Underneath it we are thinking of putting a concrete patio. See in the pictures a similar deck to what we are looking for. The Bathroom: - Right when you walk in, there is a breezeway or mudroom that is maybe 10 feet deep and 8 feet wide, with a low window looking over our back yard. We would like to put a half bath right there, so build a wall door sink and toilet - may involve moving the window up, as it's quite low. Below the mudroom it is empty, and the plumbing line is close by according do our real estate agent - however the area below the mudroom is not insulated, so that is something we were told may need to be considered.
