Merle akc puppy needs rehoming

My girlfriend purchased akc registered merle border Collie female puppy. It was going to be her service dog. Sadly she has no car to train the puppy and property socialize her. I also have two dogs that are agressive so we are looking to rehome her for what we paided. We have crate trained her and she's very shy and timid her breeder said her siblings picked on her. She loves water and is great with cats n small animals like our kinkajou. She needs someone who can take her out in public n train her we prefer you have kids. She's not fit for working dog but would be great for showing n also breeding rights n her papers come with her
