ISO good dog for service training

In search of a dog that would make a good service dog for my 5 year old son. My son has cerebellar tonsilliar ectopia and Autism and we were told that a service dog would be amazing for him. Looking for a calm dog ( golden retriever or doodle,Great Dane,Standard Poodle, or staffishire bull terrier.) breed preferred unless calmer dog is found that my son bonds with. Must be kid friendly and dog friendly as we do have a family pet already.
