We're a respectable Property management & Construction company seeking a skilled Tradesman/Carpenter to join our team. We have a very friendly, clean atmosphere. We're looking for someone who is reliable and wants to join us for long term and to build up a career with us. Neat appearance, good work habits, and the ability and willingness to learn a must. We specialize in property maintenance, rehab and remodeling. Most of our projects consist of rental turns, kitchen & bathroom remodels, general home repairs and renovations. Pay is based on experience. Room to advance. Should have some experience and basic knowledge in:
· All aspects of property maintenance
· General Carpentry
· Painting Interior and Exterior
· Drywall Repair / Patching / Caulking
· Minor Plumbing and Minor Electrical Knowledge
· Flooring Repair and Installation
· Handyman, General Home Repairs and Maintenance Work
Requirements:
-Must be available in case of emergency maintenance
-Must have own tools
-Professional demeanor
-Must have an active driver license to be able to drive our company vehicle
Pay: $38,400-$50,000
