Come join us for in person Praise and Worship Service on May 9, 2021! All attendees must arrive by 10:15am to complete the check-in process upon entry. You must wear a face mask (it must cover your nose) and practice social distancing. The church doors will be closed at 10:45 am; no late arrivals are permitted. No walk-ins permitted.Check-in process includes: 1) attendance registration confirmation, 2) temperature check, and 3) completion of a one-time liability waiver form for our records (the form will be emailed to). T he form must be completed by all attendees age 16 and over.If you register to attend an in-person service and do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be considered a “no show”. After three “no shows”, you will be placed on a wait list to attend future in-person services.
