Join The S.P.E.A.R. Alliance and special guest speaker, Elizabeth Salvog as we uncover the meaning of Your 3 a.m. Friend through The Community Block concept.
The Community Block is a tool designed to help build a strong foundation and friendships around our demanding military lives. Spousew will explore the multi-facets of the relationships we have. How to not only seek out a supportive mentor, but to become one as well; to encourage deeper friendships and fortify authenticity with those close friends who walk through life’s daily struggles. The goal of The Community Block is to help spouses feel less alone and create a balanced support system around them.
