In case you missed it, here's a story that appeared last week in the Lindenhurst Patch: LINDENHURST, NY — As the construction of the multi-million dollar luxury apartment complex in Lindenhurst approaches completion, those hoping to move in can now start pre-leasing. The Wel is a 260-unit building located by the LIRR station on East Hoffman Avenue. The building has a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units ranging in price from $2,100 to $4,700, depending on the unit. While an exact opening date for the complex has not yet been announced, pre-leasing began on April 10.
