SEATTLE, WA — Tukwila police are investigating a shooting at the Southcenter Mall on Saturday that injured at least two people.
The shooting happened around noon, according to reports. Shortly after 2 p.m., police tweeted that it was likely an isolated incident between people who knew each other.
In an email to Patch, Harborview Medical Center's Emergency Department confirmed staff is treating two people who suffered gunshot wounds during the shooting. One victim was identified as a 32-year-old man, the other a 27-year-old man.
Both sustained non-life-threatening injuries, hospital staff said.
At 3 p.m. Saturday, Tukwila police tweeted that officers were still working to clear the mall.

The couple was relocated to the back of the store with other customers as employees directed them to a certain area, he said.
Washington State Patrol has closed all exits from I-5 and I-405 to Southcenter and is advising people to avoid the area, according to a tweet.
The suspect has not been located, local CBS-affiliate KIRO reported.
