Warehouse Shipping and Assembly Team Member - Full or Part Time Job Description Summit Hydraulics is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Fulfillment Team Member. Come help us make a difference! We are doing our part to provide the help needed to the people who are building our world, and farming our food. The ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners, and a strong attention to detail is critical to be successful in this role. The appropriate candidate will also have: • 2-3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment picking and/or packing preferred. • Strong organizational skills. • Positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability. • Team oriented mentality and a strong work ethic. • Required to perform light to moderately lifting (up to 50lbs). • English Fluency required. • Experience with ShipStation shipping software a plus. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • You will build and assembly kits specific to the needs of our customers as ordered. • Pick the correct item and quantity, checking product item #’s and/or item descriptions. • Verify product is correct and packaged for shipping to ensure the highest level of quality control. • You’ll inspect each of our products for quality, which ensures the safety of the thousands of farmers and mechanics using our products every day. • You will become a subject matter expert at building our hydraulic kits to ship our customers. • You’ll be responsible for our inventory, making sure we have enough product to fulfill orders. • You will be cross trained for Kit Assembly, picking, packing and shipping. • Assist in cleaning when all selections are complete.
