You will learn to mix fillings, roll, stuff, cut and cook the pasta in the traditional Italian way. We will be using the spices displayed at THE SPICE & TEA EXCHANGE. STARTER, HOMEMADE PASTA, SPICES We will be eating our own creation together, so come hungry! Native Italian, Diana Testa owner of Italian cooking lessons, will share her passion and culture with you while teaching you how to make authentic pasta. The simplest and best ingredients together with the love for ITALY will make you feel like you were in Italy for one day!
