Avery&Me is a kids apparel company on a mission to spread CUTENESS OVERLOAD to families everywhere! We are an ecommerce business (website: averyandme.com) and all of our apparel is designed in house, printed on demand, and then packaged and shipped around the country. As our business has grown, we are looking to bring on someone new and awesome to help our production scale. Qualities we are looking for: ● Must be detail-oriented because we pride ourselves on the care we put into making our apparel and the quality of our products. ● Demonstrate great communication because we believe it creates an efficient and healthy work environment. ● Be self-motivated and thrive in a small working environment because we are a small but mighty team! Responsibilities will include: ● Pretreat blank apparel in preparation for printing ● Maintain, operate and troubleshoot an Epson direct-to-garment printer (training will be provided by our production manager) ● Operate a commercial heat press ● Properly and precisely print designs on to apparel ● Product quality control which includes making sure prints are centered, straight, and the right size on apparel ● Package printed apparel and make sure all customer orders are correctly fulfilled in a timely manner Requirements: ● Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs Benefits: ● Employee discount on all items at averyandme.com Schedule: ● 6 hour shifts ● 2-3 days a week depending on sales (prefer Mon to Thurs, but can be flexible) Education: ● High school or equivalent Work Location: ● Menlo Park, CA Hours per week: ● 16-20 hours (more hours over holiday season) COVID-19 Precaution(s): - Remote interview process - Personal protective equipment provided or required - Social distancing guidelines in place - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place **If interested, please include resume in email**
