Mexican food catering needed on Saturday 5/15/21

Hello. We are looking for a taquero and Mexican food catering for a Mother’s Day and 60th Birthday party on Saturday May 15, 2021 at a home backyard in Hercules, CA. We are expecting about 60 people and would like the following menu: carne asada and carnitas for tacos/quesadillas, black beans, salsas, guacamole, chicken flautas, pork tamales, and a large pot of menudo along with all the typical items for the above dishes (tortillas, lettuce, onions, cheese, etc). If a taquero is available, we would like them to cook and prepare tacos onsite from between 3pm to 6pm (or possibly to 7pm), and cook any remaining meat before packing up. If you only offer catering but no onsite taquero, we would like the food delivered between 3:30-4pm.
