Please join us (Rose & Oscar) as we celebrate the life of our son Sebastian Ortiz who would have turned 21 this May 10th. Please join us in celebrating Sebastian’s 21st birthday (and Rose’s 50th) on Monday, May 10th, at The Tank Brewing Co. We will be releasing a beer to celebrate the special occasion, Interstellar 2150, a double dry hopped IPA. The experience will include a tasting with the head brewer at The Tank, Mauricio Arratia, who will walk you through the brewing process that took place to make this special beer and provide information about the beer itself. You will also get the story behind the naming of the beer and the label art from Sebastian's Dad, Oscar Ortiz. 2 Tasting Times available: 6:00-6:45PM and 7:00-7:45PM, limited to 50 guests each. Tastings will take place in the Events Room. Participants are free to enjoy the rest of the evening in the main area of the bar, where Interstellar 2150 will be available on tap with a percentage of sales benefiting SebastianStrong. 4 -packs of Interstellar 2150 will be available for purchase at The Tank for you to take home after the event.
