Female Lead Guitar Player Wanted

We are a large band with a big sound - bass, drums, keys, two horns (one female-not in the photo) and two singers (one female-not in the photo) in search of (preferably) female guitar player for SOUL, R&B and FUNK band based in the Los Gatos, Campbell, San Jose area. Our guitar player just got transferred to Florida so we would like to find\ someone right away. We've got gigs scheduled for this summer and we need someone who has the chops to get up to speed ASAP. We are a big family looking for a versatile guitar player who can play in the pocket and take lead all with a good attitude and a smile. We'd prefer someone looking for a band, not a "gun for hire" offering to sit in on gigs. We practice 1-2 times a week. Everyone in the band has day jobs so we practice on weekday evenings and/or weekends - depending. You must be available for weekday gigs. If you are stuck at work till 6 or 7 PM every weekday and can't get away every so often for a show, this position is not for you. Our rehearsal space is in Los Gatos but we play all over.
