FREE APARTMENT PLUS SALARY - We are looking for a couple to perform the care of approximately 11 properties all located in the same area. Duties to include but not limited to: *Maintain and clean common area hallways and basements *Keep exterior grounds clean of garbage & debris *Maintain hallway & basement lights, smoke & co detector *Maintain planter beds to keep free from weeds *Show vacant units, collect application with fee and send to office *Collect security deposit, 1st months rent and signed lease *Complete pictures of unit before and after *Perform walk through with tenants prior to moving in and upon vacating unit *Clean all to prepare for new tenant *Salt/Shovel walks under 2" *Address tenant concerns on a daily basis and report any problems to the office *Must provide excellent communication and be detailed oriented. *Must have knowledge of general tools, drill hammer, screw driver and other tools of the trade and must provide own tools *Must be on call 24/7
