We are looking for a loyal individual or couple to work with our janitorial service company as an associate. This individual/couple will take care of cleaning office spaces that are carried out daily, twice a week, once a weekly or bi-weekly. The goal is to keep all office spaces in a clean, professional and orderly condition. You set the atmosphere of excellence with the cleaning service you provide. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc.) Carry out heavy cleansing tasks Clean and disinfect all office furniture with each clean. Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Ability to be faithful and loyal to your craft as well as to the company. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently Must have own transportation to travel from Job site to job site. Not needed but a plus if you have working experience as a janitor Not Needed but a plus if you have familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
