SAN FRANCISCO, CA — As the weekend wraps up, we've rounded up all the stories you may have missed on Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday. But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, Golden State residents should know that California's reopening progress may be, in part, thanks to Calfornians' willingness to get inoculated. Just around 11 percent of Californians are estimated to be vaccine hesitant, according to federal data. The metric is lower than all but four states — Hawaii, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut, the Los Angeles Times reported.
