LOS ANGELES, CA — As the weekend wraps up, we've rounded up all the stories you may have missed on Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday. But before we jump into Southern California's top stories, Golden State residents should know that California's reopening progress may be, in part, thanks to Calfornians' willingness to get inoculated. Just around 11 percent of Californians are estimated to be vaccine-hesitant, according to federal data. That metric is lower than all but four states — Hawaii, Vermont, Massachusetts and Connecticut, the Los Angeles Times reported. Along the coast, reluctancy rates were lower, especially on the northern end of the state. In San Francisco County, only 7 percent are estimated to be vaccine-hesitant.
