Gracie, born July 24th 2019 is in need of a new home. Gracie was picking the litter out of 13 puppies which consisted of all three colors. She was the only chocolate though. We held her back and gave her to our daughter as a gift which backfired and she is at our home. Gracie is very high drive for poultry and I own a large amount of poultry for my licensed farm and egg sales. I have six kids as well and if one of the little ones open the doors and she gets out I end up with hundreds of dollars in dead poultry in the matter of minutes. We live in the country on 5 acres with over 1,000 acres of DNR land around us. She does very well in our partially fenced yard supervised. If her mom gets out with her they both run for the hills and come back hours later when you're not looking to raid the poultry. Her mom came to us as an untrained farm dog with absolutely zero training so it's been hard to work with Gracie with her around as well. We feel Gracie has a lot of potential but is being held back at our place. We are looking for: *someone who owns their home or can provide a letter from a landlord. *Who has time to take her on walks, to the lake and for car rides. *Has a fenced yard and total property over an acre. *No poultry *Another dog to teach her good manners. *I will require you come meet her here and I will deliver/finalize at your home. I won't just let her go to anyone without seeing new home. I will drive up to 2.5 hours each way. She loves snuggling on the couch, is crate trained and housebroken. She eats Kirkland Chicken and rice but has also done well on lamb and rice. Our other labrador has an allergy so we switched them all. She does well on the leash and in public. We have pigs and 6 kids. We always have extra kids at the house. I've never seen any food aggression. We are asking a $500 rehome fee, 1/3 of the price of a puppy. She is not spayed and is current on shots. She will not come with papers. Parents are AKC. Dads side has lots of testing. Dad has eyes done but there was an issue at the vet for hips/elbows and they were never submitted. We have the receipt and proof they were done. Just never sent to OFA. And we won't be returning to the vet either. I have attached photos of parents and Gracie. She is the chocolate one. Dad is yellow and mom is white. Dad comes from a breeder in Washington charging $1500-2000 a pup and a long wait list. Please only message after speaking with your husband/wife/partner. I've set up meetings with two different people now only to have them back out when they've spoken to their spouse.
