Aromas, CA. *Weekend grounds keeping - Paying cash - Guaranteed Covid safe work environment. Your tasks are to be performed alone, in a rural area. No Covid infection is possible due to the nature/environment the work is performed. -Wish it didn't have to be so complicated to hire a weed whacker for the weekends, but too many "Tweakers & lying-idiots" apply and have wasted my time and money in the past. Sorry for the hassle as a result. -Job Requirements- Must be able to communicate in, English. Must possess a valid California Driver's License. Must be willing to take and pass drug test. Yes, I have and do require a clean drug test. Warning: I can spot a "Tweaker" from 100 yards away. Must have zero criminal history, and be willing to submit to background check, prior to hiring. Must follow a strict "No smoking" what-so-ever, while on location/property policy. Extremely-High fire danger area. Must be available for minimum 8 hour work day; *either Saturday, -OR- Sunday, -OR- both. Must be able to work alone, and complete tasks in a timely manner. - Must have experience weed whacking /changing the wearable blades and twine. Must have prior experience in grounds-keeping/maintenance. - Must have *verifiable references, which, I may contact about your performance at the place/s you received the "Experience" OR... be able to convince me you "Know what you're doing" through a verbal explanation of routine. - Must-must-must be able to weed-whack for 8 straight hrs performing *consistent production, with a 30 minute (unpaid) lunch break, and several short (paid) 5 minute breaks to change twine and plastic blades. If "That" is not possible for you ---> this isn't the " Gig" for you. Sorry, not paying 8 hours for an area I could do myself in 2 hours. - Must be willing and able to "Hand-pull weeds" in limited very small area's. Must wear: pants, boots, gloves and safety glasses. No shorts or sneakers - no exceptions. Gloves and glasses - I provide for you to wear. 99% of the job is weed-whacking. $15. Cash is equal to $20. on the books. It's weed-whacking, not skilled Carpentry. If you're too good for the price I am paying = keep looking for work, elsewhere. I am not "Wealthy", nor am I a "Company". Understand this is not a fulltime job. This is a weekend gig for "Extra cash" to someone able to perform job asked. The *right-person can expect to earn $480.00- $500.00 in 4 days. Additional work after that is available for the *right-person. Basically- -Make an extra $500. this month, in 4 Saturdays or Sundays... or.. - 2 weeks on the weekends. Your choice. Honest work, for honest pay, to an honest person. I... am a kind person, not a sucker/fool who hands out $$ to people who are in the con-artist-career.
