ELMHURST, IL — A fire left one person unresponsive Sunday afternoon in Elmhurst, according to a city news release. About 3 p.m., firefighters responded to the blaze at the apartment complex at 150 E. Lake St. The unresponsive person was taken to Elmhurst Hospital, where the person's condition was unknown, the city said. The cause of the fire is undetermined, but the state fire marshal's office was on hand to investigate, according to the news release.
