What A****** let two killer Dobermans run loose today by B&G Club?

Two giant 90 lb Dobermans russet/liver colored, attacked my cats and the neighbor's cats and terrified them and climbed fences, went in backyards, traumatized everyone and ran off down Walnut Street I have never seen them before.... Who would let a pair of dogs like that run loose? They were absolute purebreds fully grown 90 lb each easily.... I called 911 and told the Coos Bay Police that they were terrorizing the neighborhood jumping fences and trying to kill all the neighborhood cats
