Our family could use a hand! Can I get a quote on a service call? Samsung Washing Machine, WF45K6500A. Error code 5c. It won't drain... and I tried the EZ emergency drain on the front - but only a little gunk was in there. So, the y valve in the back needs checked and cleaned... is that something you can do? I think that will fix it...
