Have 4 bedroom bedroom 1000 sqft of tile. Ceramic tile layer. $1.25per sq ft. I will pay for tiles, thin set and grout you supply all tools, wet saw tile cutter, trowels,. Tiles, grout, and thinset is on site and will need to be carried from storage to unit by you. Floor Prep: Baseboard will not be removed. We will undercut jambs and grout up to baseboards. Unit is downstairs with concrete floors. Installer will be paid an additional floor prep fee to remove lino if needed. Prepping floor shall include pad, tac strip, old layer of lino, undercutting all door jams and discarding all products in the dumpsters. Toilets shall be removed and placed carefully in tub and reinstalled with new wax rings and bolts after job completed. Unit will be inspected with Supervisor prior to starting and exact charge for prep work will be agreed upon. Installer shall provide tools needed to remove lino or other items. We will inspect work progress multiple times to make sure the correct procedures are being followed. After tile has been installed the grout needs to be wiped down and the grout sealed. Sealing of grout will require at least 48 hours after the grout has been installed and all tile cleaned so it is dust free. Cutting of tiles will have to be done in the common area and not inside the unit or on balcony. Wet tile saw required All the items listed below will be required to be sent for you to be considered for these tile jobs. 1) Name Phone number 2) Picture id and Business card if you have a card or business 3) Tile work experience--please be detailed 4) Pictures of previous tile work, wet saw and tile tools, truck ( will need to see all of these items to make sure you are legit. If we agreed to consider you for the jobs we will expect for you to bring van, truck with tile equipment at time of writing up agreement to verify you are real. 5) What is your availability? 6) Do you have a crew or just yourself? 7) please provide at least 2 references that you have done work for in the last 6-12 months Payments: Tile installer(s) shall be paid 75% of agreed upon written contract amount with 24 hours after tile has been completely installed thru Zelle or bank transfer. Remaining 25 % shall shall be paid after sealer has been applied (48 hours after tile has been completed)( no mixing of sealer with grout), toilets have been reinstalled with new wax rings, bolts (wax ring and bolts supplied by us), and caulked and wiped down. Extra care should be taken to make sure grout, thinset or any other materials are not placed in drains or allowed to harden in drain lines causing a clog. You can email me at [email protected]
