black kitten with pink harness and bow tie name blacky chan last seen in my red 2000 explorer was stolen, the people may not know blacky was asleep inside. could be in one of the river bottoms or anandoned some where. plate number is 8LGM788 red 2000 explorer dent on left side please help me find my kitten
