My name is Brad I am the owner of custom Septic Inc. I am looking to hire a laborer that is willing to advance with my company. We install septic NEW system design and inspect septic the job is 99 % clean work not working in septic we cut of the pipe to the old septic and glue on a new fitting and build a new system. There is a lot of room for advancement and I am looking for someone who wants a career not a job Starting pay is low 17 to 18 per hour but after a month or 2 it can go up 1 to 5 dollars and then steady increases from there last years new hire in 6 weeks got a raise of $5 per hour and before his 1 year of employment will have increased $10.00 per hour We do not have medical at this point but are working on it soon hopefully within a year. You will start out by doing manual labor, racking, shoveling drilling holes in pipes, gluing pipes, using a laser rod, greasing equipment etc... After some time (weeks) we will put you in the bobcat and start teaching you how to grade and excavate use the backhoe and excavator, hook up pumps, read designs do inspections and designs and install systems this is a fast pase job with long hours. At one point( 2 to 5 years ) I hope you can lead your own crew Here’s how we pay, kind of a salary position we work 4 days ( 10 to 12 hours a day ) a week most of the time Monday - Thursday we do not pay overtime so when we have rain days your weekly wages stay the same. It tends to balance out pretty good. We work through the summer from about May 1st - November 15 give or take (28-32 weeks a year, then you go on unemployment collect $ till spring after the 1st year one of my guys collects about 9,000 through the winter come spring we do it again, we pay for septic school and train you. Sometimes we lift a septic tank cover weighing about 170 # but most of the time I want you to get help or use equipment to lift it. Some winter work if you want. I prefer to hunt and fish in my off season and vacation in the winter some place warm and ice fish in the fish house. No drinking no drugs and a good attitude, willing to learn is your basic requirements we can teach the rest. You can get up to $36.00 plus. One of our employees started at 17.00 the last 2 months of season he is now at 23.00 starting this spring and should hit 27.00 to 30.00 sometime this summer.
