No experience or certifications required, all training and support is provided! MORTGAGE FIELD INSPECTOR POSITION OPEN ~ SELF EMPLOYMENT (1099)~ SUPPLIMENTAL INCOME Job Description: The majority of our work is to perform basic inspections on occupied and vacant properties as ordered by mortgage or insurance companies; but also includes: Residential Inspections HUD Inspections Bankruptcy Inspections Sale Date Inspections Insurance Loss Inspections Insurance Casualty Inspections Construction Progress Inspections Vehicle Inspections Freight Damage Inspections Drive-By Inspections Specialized and Customized Inspections Delinquency Interviews Collateral Locate Repo Locate Secret/Mystery Shopping -Most inspections take less than 5 minutes to complete- Inspector must meet client order photograph requirements, order due dates, deliver bank correspondences as requested, perform full exterior/interior inspections of vacant bank-owned-properties. All inspections are ordered, results and photos uploaded, using secure mobile application. SELF EMPLOYED: 1099 Independent Contractor position; pay is per inspection (Average inspection rate range is $6+/inspection). Average inspector makes $15-$20/hr +. Part-Time position, very flexible! Excellent, part-time, 1099 supplemental income! Make your own route/schedule! MUST pass background check, have reliable gas-efficient vehicle, smartphone with data plan, computer/printer.
