6 month old "jackrat"

I have a 6 month old male jackrat (half jack Russell, half rat terrier) in need of rehoming. My job/living conditions changed recently and I can no longer give him the time or attention he deserves. He is essentially a jack Russell in a smaller package. Tons of energy, needs his exercise, but is very much a lap dog that will cuddle for hours afterwards. He is crate trained and recieved all of his puppy shots and worming on time at country view animal hospital in gravette. He will not do well if he doesn't have a fenced yard or daily long exercise walks. He loves hikes and even though he is small in size he will definitely keep up. He has gone on multiple 10 plus mile treks and is always ready for more. I am asking a $200 dollar rehoming fee, and he will be going home with his harness, his retractable leash, food/water bowls, and a couple of his favorite toys.
